Winter has arrived! Lots of us are suffering from coughs and colds this week, so wrap up warm!
This week it is Respect Day for Year 7 on Monday - it is your first one so we hope that you enjoy it! Year 10 have parents evening on Wednesday - hopefully it will be good reports all round!
We also have some guests from Range High School in on Thursday to talk to some of our staff and students about what makes Parklands so great!
Year 11s have the mock exam results event on Monday - it should be a little taster of what it will feel like when you get the real thing in August. Let's hope that all the hard work paid off!

This week's news - 12th January
It's the second week already, and it feels like we've never been away! There are house assemblies every morning this week, and whole school assembly period 5 on Monday. Year 11 B band will be attending a special English event on Monday, led by an external visitor. Yur teacher will have told you about this if you are involved.
On Wednesday, year 9s will be in the Uni taster assembly period 1.

This week's news - 5th January
Happy New Year! Welcome to the first post of 2015.
We hope that you have had a relaxing holiday and are now ready for a busy half term!
Monday is Respect Day for Year 8, and don't forget to give your feedback by completing this Survey Monkey
Year 10 and 11 keep looking at GCSe pod - there will be some random prizes this half term for regular users.
Year 9 and 10 have a prefect assembly on Tuesday morning, and Year 11 have a careers assembly on Wednesday morning.
There is also a Health & Social Care external exam on Thursday.
It's another busy week here at Parklands!
